All lifetime mortgages arranged through AFS Limited meet the Equity Release Council standards and come with several protections, including the no negative equity guarantee, which means you will never owe more than your home’s value.

Your home or property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. If you take out a lifetime mortgage it will reduce the value of your estate and may affect your entitlement to means-tested benefits.

Where you have a complaint or dispute with us and we are unable to resolve this to your satisfaction then we are obliged to offer you the Financial Ombudsman Service to help resolve this.
